This will help to curb your appetite throughout the day so you don&#039;t feel inclined to over eat, as well as help keep your metabolism up.  Also, make sure to drink plenty of cold water.  This will also help to keep you full.  As for supplements, I personally like whey protein.  It&#039;s great for post workout to help muscles repair and grow.  More muscle mass hurns more calories, speeding up weight loss.  Could be worth checking into.  I buy from a site called http://bulkfoodsdirect.com.  They have a great product and great recipes you can experiment with.  It&#039;s been helpful in my goal to lose weight.</description>
