What Is The Best Weight Loss Supplement?
Friday, November 27th, 2009
I am currently going to the gym and eating right, so I can lose a 100+lbs. I am wondering what the best weight loss supplement would be for me. I am working out every day. I weigh 309lbs and badly need to drop it. And feel that 1 lb a week is going to take forever. Thank you for you help.

Congratulations on starting to take the initiative to get back in shape and become healthy again. You need both resistance and cardio exercise as well as proper eating (sounds like you are probably doing ok here) but supplements can help:
- good supplements: thermogenic fat burners like Ripped Fuel 5x or Hydroxycut Hardore. these increase your metabolism and provide more energy for work outs. They help metabolize the fat when your body temperature rises (i.e. from working out). Follow the instructions, take a dose b4 your workout, and don’t exceed the recommended daily allowance.

Think about that question for a second. It sounds like “What can I eat, to get thin?” And of course, the answer is, you shouldn’t be taking supplements, you should be changing your caloric balance.
It took you years to get this heavy, it’s going to take months or years to get thin. Sorry, but that’s the truth.
What you need is a low-glycemic diet, protein supplement or meal replacement packs, a multivitamin, and Omega-3. After that, it’s all up to what effort you put in at the gym.

Though diet pills are not healthy. I took stacker 2′s with food and they helped speed the process up a little along with diet and exercise. Also plenty of water. I swear by hot water and 1 fresh squeezed lemon wedge in the morning before I have anything else to eat or drink I heard this cleanes all the toxins from your body, helping you lose weight.

Water. The best supplement you can take is water. Not only will replacing other drinks with water help you cut back on calories, but it will also help you detoxify your blood.

Ephedra is the best weight loss supplement. But in your case I would not recommend it. Wait until you’ve loss 90lbs then you should be good to go.

Quit drinking soda pop. Drink more water. If you do have a soda, drink Diet Rite cola.

Well, if you’re already eating right, you’re on a good start. But what does “eating right” mean to you? I hope it means that you are watching your calories, eating enough fruits and vegetables and getting in some protein. You should also try breaking up your meals into 5-6 smaller meals, instead of 3 larger meals. This will help to curb your appetite throughout the day so you don’t feel inclined to over eat, as well as help keep your metabolism up. Also, make sure to drink plenty of cold water. This will also help to keep you full. As for supplements, I personally like whey protein. It’s great for post workout to help muscles repair and grow. More muscle mass hurns more calories, speeding up weight loss. Could be worth checking into. I buy from a site called http://bulkfoodsdirect.com. They have a great product and great recipes you can experiment with. It’s been helpful in my goal to lose weight.
