My grandma has diabetes, but she’s the only one in my family history. I drink a lot of pop/soda, and will occasionally have some Candy. Should I completely stop all the sugar? I’m kinda paranoid about it

I started all this as a nine year old. I am now 12 and still worried. Now i have insomnia, depression, anxiety, and stress. I get really worried about puking how can i stop being afraid?

I still have postnatal depression 16 months after having my son I had it with my daughter too who is 9 now with her it just sort of went on its own but I cant seem to shake this black cloud off this time I dont want to take pills for this but I need to do something any ideas?
