How Can I Get Rid Of All The Acne On My Face Without Expensive Products?

im 15 years old and i have a decent amount of acne scars. is there something i can eat to help get rid of the scars and the pimples over all? and i don’t want to buy any cleansing products because to me those are all gimmicks!
oh! and also, is it okay to use st.ive apricot scrub exfoliator daily? if anyone knows, please tell me :) <3

What Kind Of Natural Products Can Help With The Depression?

I suffer of depression and I don’t want to take medication and antidepressant drugs any more,I would like to go for natural things like teas,or juice,flowers or something else.
I hear that ginseng is good to help with depression.Is that true?What other natural herbs,fruit,vegetables etc can help?

What Are Some Good Over The Counter Products To Get Rid Of Acne?

I dont want something to dry my face out. I had laser corrections to get rid of my acne but I still have breakouts in certain areas and some spots left from acne. How can I get rid of the acne and the spots?
