Hello everyone, I want to try Yoga for the first time. I’m seriously out of shape, having lots of muscle aches and I’m suffering from severe depression. I’ve hear the many great benefits from Yoga; I don’t know where to start. What beginners DVD would you recommend for me?

I have to do a research paper on how the treatments for depression have changed over time. I was wondering if you could help me find a website that clearly states how over time the tactics have changed, or help me write an outline?

I have heard of people with thoughts of suicide, I have had them myself. I have also heard of them harming themselves and cutting, even harming others, but what are other kinds of thoughts are linked to something like depression besides the ones widely known?
