Karela may occasionally help people with their diabetes.
It is NOT a substitute for Insulin!
No herb can do the complex job that insulin does, and without insulin your dog faces a very drawn out, very painful death. PLEASE, never ever use this instead of insulin.
I have a dog myself, and i have diabetes. I’d rather put my dog down that not give them insulin, because they would be in agony.
Bitter melon doesn’t replace insulin, it sometimes helps. That is all.
