How Long After Pregnancy Does It Take For Your Ligaments To Go Back To Normal?

I know that they get softened in pregnancy. Iv just returned to work and i am doing heavy lifting. I had the baby 7 months ago.

Your ligaments will return to normal one year after you had the baby.If your doing heavy lifting I would recomend you use a belt for lifting.If you had a cesarian you should not be lifting at all.sorry.

well you have your 6 week check up things should be ok by then. i took about 2 weeks ish.
