Why am I building muscle and not losing body fat?
Wednesday, September 1st, 2010I’ve been doing weight resistance and cardio together since the beginning of the summer! I can definitely tell that I’m gaining some nice muscle but the fat doesn’t seem to be going anywhere! What am I doing wrong? I know my diet isn’t the best, is thats what’s wrong?!
