Feeling Anxious or Anxiety is a good thing if there is a valid reason for it. It prepares the body for the worst by releasing various hormones and all systems of the body start to work at a higher level than normal (High Alert).
Anxiety is a common occurrence when a person faces potentially problematic or dangerous situations. It is also felt when a person perceives an external threat.
