BULK UP MUSCLE – Body building?
Friday, July 30th, 2010I want to bulk up my upper body.
I have gone to the gym on average 1 – 2 times a week for the past 6 years but dont seem to put on muscle. I eat healthy with lots of protein.
I lift weights and I have heard of pyramids sets and also lifting as heavy weights as possible to bulk up. Whats best?
What are the best techniques to gain muscle fast?
Any info on sets and reps etc and how many times i need to go to gym?

I do have sex in unusual positions. Last night it was the ‘pile driver’ on my kitchen table. She loved it

u need to work much harder brother atleast 5 days a week intense workout and give atleast 48 hrs of rest to each muscle before working it again, use the max weights u can, dont worry about anything and try to eat atleast 2gms of protein per kg body weight per day and a sound sleep of 8hrs a day ……………if u keep working out1-2 times a week then even after 16 years u will not achieve the kind of body u want. ihope u get it soon eat lot of eggs and milk and dont forget bananas.

6 years, your pititful. You need to put in a better effort. After going to the gym for a year, and working hard, my arms got huge, and the rest of my body isn’t bad either. But six years, man you need to train smart

Steroids work best but can make you aggressive when pile driving.

Okay Buddy first I recommend working out your whole body like. Monday Thursday upper body Tuesday Friday lower and the weekend off. If you just want to work out your upper body here’s what I recommend. Hit the gym 3 days a week. Id recommend Monday Wednesday and Friday. Do 3-4 sets of each exercise, and keep your reps between 6-10. Maxing out while beneficial for strength is not the best thing for muscle growth. Here are some exercises you can try for upper body.
Shoulders
Lateral raise
Shoulder Press
Upright row
Chest
Incline barbell press
Flat bench dumbbell flyes
Decline barbell
Traps
Barbell and dumb ell shrugs
Biceps
Concentration curl
ez bar preacher curl
alternating dumb ell curl
Tricepss
Dips
Tricep push downs
Skull crushers
Back
deadlift
t bar row
1 arm dumbbell row
lat pull down
